Innovation support at LUDC

Innovation developer Thomas Gunnarsson offers support to LUDC researchers. He can give you feedback on your idea and suggest how you can develop it further.

As a diabetes researcher at LUDC, you can discuss your idea with innovation developer Thomas Gunnarsson. He works with innovation support at LUDC and as a project manager at LU Innovation. His background is in preclinical diabetes research in an academic and industry setting.

One way for you to ensure that your research findings bring value outside of the research environment is to transform them into a new service, product, or method. If you believe that your research findings could make an impact, please contact Thomas for advice on how to move forwards.

Innovation development

Researchers at LUDC can ask for support during all research and innovation stages. Thomas can provide support wherever you are in the process and help push your project through the idea stage and innovation development. He can give advice about financial support, has expert knowledge about various agreements and knows how to protect your idea.

Please contact Thomas Gunnarsson if would like to book a meeting. Meetings are free of charge and open for researchers affiliated with LUDC who are employed at Lund University.
