The Medeon stipend for SEK 50.000 is given by Medeon Science Park in connection to Moll Wendén Advokatbyrå and this time it is associate professor Emma Ahlqvist who is awarded.
"Docent Emma Ahlqvist is awarded 2019 years Medeon-stimpen for her pioneering research within genetics and diabetes. Her clinical subgrouping of diabetes has won world reputation and will paves the way for better individualized health care."
The stipend will be given in connection to the acknowledgement of World Diabetes Day November 9th on Hotel Quality View Hyllie, where Emma also will give a prize lecture.
