ANDIS

All New Diabetics in Skåne

ANDiS (All New Diabetics in Scania) is a regional research project in southern Sweden. The population of the region is just over one million. All newly diagnosed patients at all ages in the Scania region will be included during 2009-2013.

The aim of the registry is to describe the spectrum of diabetes subgroups in southern Sweden and to link genetic and phenotypic information at diagnosis of diabetes to outcome data and data on response to treatment.
