Innovation office

The Innovation office at Lund university Diabetes Centre provides expertise and support to the researchers in the innovation process.

Annie George Chandy, Innovation Manager

Project manager with a scientific backgroung (PhD) working closely with the scientists and in close collaboration with Lund University Innovation System, in identifying and evaluating projects. Annie´s responsibility is to develop the evaluation process, manage the projects and relationships and generate a portfolio of IP projects to be placed in DiaBridge and funded through External VC and industry money.

Thomas Gunnarsson, Project Manager

Project manager with a PhD in pharmacology and background in preclinical diabetes research. Thomas Gunnarsson is responsible for running two specific projects for LUDC: IDEA SUMMIT and Agenda for Innovation (see further information under activities)
