Open day – Flow Cytometry Core Facility
The Flow Cytometry Core Facility at LUDC provides instrumentation and technical assistance to perform flow cytometric analysis and operator-based cell sorting service to all Lund University scientists. The facility is now arranging an open day where scientists at Lund University can try the cell sorter BD Aria Fusion for free.
The LUDC Flow Cytometry Core Facility at LUDC is a flow cytometry facility located at Clinical Research Centre in Malmö. The facility currently has one cell sorter (BD Aria Fusion) and four analysers.
The Flow Cytometry Core Facility recently lowered the charges for usage of the cell sorting service. The current cost for the usage of BD Aria Fusion is SEK 1,000 per hour for users at Lund University. The charges apply to sorting time. Startup, shutdown, and cleaning procedures are not charged.
The facility is inviting you to an open day to give you the opportunity to try the cell sorting service for free. Please bring your samples, and the facility will sort your cells free of charge. To allow as many people as possible to participate, sorting time will be limited to one hour per user.
Please send an email to Monika Dudenhöffer-Pfeifer, Head of Flow Cytometry Core Facility, by April 14 if you would like to book a slot for cell sorting on open day.
