1st Steno-Lund Cardiometabolic Precision Medicine Symposium
This two-day symposium will explore different aspects of precision medicine research of relevance to cardiometabolic diseases.
The 1st Steno-Lund Cardiometabolic Precision Medicine Symposium will focus on precision medicine in cardiometabolic diseases.
Cardiometabolic diseases include cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack and stroke. Other examples of cardiometabolic diseases are insulin resistance, diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
This two-day symposium will bring together leading scientists across many disciplines and disease areas, covering a diverse range of topics.
This symposium is arranged by Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen (SDCC), Lund University Diabetes Centre (LUDC) and Skåne University Hospital. The event is held at Herlov Hospital and is aimed at scientists and healthcare professionals, such as physicians.
Register by October 30 for physical attendance and by November 18 for virtual attendance.

The symposium consists of six sessions on different topics related to precision medicine and cardiometabolic diseases.

The venue
The symposium takes place at Herlov Hospital, in the city of Herlev, approximately twelve kilometers from Copenhagen city centre.
